Privacy Policy

Interview Dojo ("the Service") is a private interview practice platform operated by George Bashi ("the Operator"). This policy describes what data the Service collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
1. Data we collect
- Profile data — your name, resume text, target roles, and phone number, provided during onboarding.
- Session data — recordings, transcripts, and word-timing data of practice calls; AI-generated grades, coaching feedback, and extracted stories.
- Messaging data — SMS messages sent to and received from the Service's phone number, and delivery metadata.
- Usage data — session bookings, reflections and self-assessments you submit, and operational logs.
2. How data is used
Data is used solely to operate the Service: conducting practice sessions, grading and coaching, planning your training, sending the reminders you opt into, and troubleshooting. The Service does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Text messaging
Phone numbers collected for SMS reminders are used only to deliver the messages you opted into. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Reply STOP to opt out at any time, orHELP for help.
4. Call recording
Practice calls with the Service's voice agent are recorded and transcribed to produce grading and coaching. Recordings and transcripts are stored as described below and are visible only to the account they belong to.
5. Service providers
The Service runs on infrastructure and AI providers that process data on its behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database), LiveKit (real-time voice calls), Twilio (telephony and SMS), speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers (AssemblyAI, Cartesia), large-language-model providers (OpenAI), and web research providers (Tavily, Google). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
6. Storage and retention
Data is stored in Cloudflare's cloud (database and object storage) and retained while your access to the Service remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Operator; deletion removes profile, session, and messaging data from active storage.
7. Security
Access to the Service is protected by a password gate and signed session cookies; machine-to-machine APIs use bearer-token authentication; data in transit is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues to the contact below.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing the contact below. Because the Service is a single-tenant private beta, requests are handled directly by the Operator.
9. Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
