Terms of Service

Interview Dojo ("the Service") is a private, invitation-only interview practice platform operated by George Bashi ("the Operator"), available at dojo.midatlantic.systems and by telephone. By accessing the Service or communicating with it by phone call or text message, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides AI-assisted mock interviews, practice drills, and related coaching feedback. Sessions are conducted by an automated voice agent over the telephone. The Service is provided for personal practice and educational purposes only. Feedback, scores, and coaching produced by the Service are generated by AI systems, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute professional career, legal, or hiring advice.
2. Access
The Service is a private beta restricted to invited users. Access to the web dashboard requires a password; access by phone is recognized by caller ID. You may not attempt to access another person's data or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
3. Call recording and transcription
Practice calls are recorded and transcribed so the Service can grade sessions and produce coaching feedback. By placing a call to, or accepting a call from, the Service you consent to that recording and transcription. If you do not consent, hang up and do not use the phone features.
4. Text messaging
If you opt in to reminders, the Service sends SMS messages (for example, session reminders and results notifications) from its phone number. Message frequency varies with your scheduled sessions. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, orHELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using the Service. See thePrivacy Policy for how phone numbers and message data are handled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content; to attempt to extract or manipulate the underlying AI systems; or to resell or provide the Service to third parties.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the material you provide (such as your resume and your spoken answers). The Service's software, prompts, and generated coaching content remain the property of the Operator. You may export and use your own session data, stories, and feedback freely.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of opportunity, employment, or income, arising from use of the Service. The Service's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
8. Changes and termination
The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or revise these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
